Good Morning! I wanted to share this yummy peach dessert with all of y'all:
If you have them - use little crème brûlée cups - but maybe large muffin tins would work too. Take a whole fresh peach, cut it in half and hollow out just a little from the center so you have room to fill it and put in dishes (hole side up!). Take goat cheese (one blob per peach) and heat up in microwave so it's soft and mixable, mix in a little honey to whatever sweetness you want (I like about a tsp of honey for two blobs of cheese). Put a nice amount of cheese with the honey mixed in into the peach holes, sprinkle a few peacans on the top and dust with a little cinnamon and pop in the oven at 300degees for about 20 mins!
