Snow snow snow

Lots and lots of snow. Tim and I walked to Rite aid this morning for a snow shovel. We walked right down the middle of the street. Look at how buried most cars were! We finally got the Jeep out this morning (after lots of shoveling). We went driving around (most main roads have been plowed). Everything is closed. Even Wal-mart! Can you believe it! Any way, hopefully we will be heading back to KS tomorrow. Love you all,
Bet

Hello Again!
Well, Tim and my Christmas vacation got to start two days early. Most of Colorado is in the middle of a huge blizzard. Most of the Major highways and interstates are closed and almost every school. It has been blizzarding heavily since 6 o'clock this morning. I guess in places, there are ten foot drifts. You can see our own new hill in our back yard. Hopefully everything will clear up before Friday before we get back. Colwyn does not like driving in weather like this... love you all,
Betony

Finally!

Finally both of my UNC classes are finished. And I got A's in both! Here are some of the drawings I did for my drawing class. I also just finished Printmaking, but my better prints are going up in a show, so you will have to wait to see them. Love you all,
B

Christmas is Coming!!!!

Hi everyone! Finally getting some pictures up here! Just got back from Kansas and dancing the Prairie Doll again in the Prairie Nutcracker over the weekend! It was so wonderful to be back with the ArtisTree family again - see my beautiful girls dancing so well, catch up with good friends and be a part again of such an amazing production! It think it really gets better every time we perform it - how can that be! But that's the truth - I feel so blessed to be part of it all. And how wonderful it was to spend some time at home too! The puppies are sooo cute I can't stand it! They are such little rabbits when they run and so full of spirit and life! I think I'm pretty much in love with Phoebe - will see what Sandy thinks when we come home for Christmas! Right before I left for KS Sandy and I went to a Christmas tree farm and cut down a beautiful little tree! Our first one! It looks so pretty - especially with the little blue star on top that Bet gave me a few years ago (remember that Bet?! It's finally doing what it was meant to do and looks so good!). Today I am at home trying to catch up on house stuff - baking some tangy walnut cranberry bars for Spa Night tonight! My friend Suzy is hosting this "Spa Night" at her house - we're making natural notions, face masks and getting massages! Cool huh! I'm looking forward to it - prefect timing right after P. Nut! Well, better get on with the day. I love you all soooooo much! Hope you're all finding some peace and gratefulness in this busy holiday time. With all my love - Katie
